I would have to believe the shop put in a new belt. But ask them. If it was a new belt, change it when it has 90K on the BELT.
It is an interference engine. Belt should be replaced approx every 100,000 miles.
5w30 or 10w30
10w 30 is your best bet but to be absolutely sure, ask a mechanic or people at autoparts stores.
follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator...should be at the other end

if its the same as my 93 Chrysler Concorde its in the trunk, you first have to pull the lining out of the trunk, than it should be right under that on the right side. pretty convenient and genius if i do say myself puting the fuel pump that easy to access.
