At 90k miles using the "regular" maintenance schedule or 60k miles using the "severe" maintenance schedule. You need to replace the Balance Shaft belt at the same time. The Water Pump is optional but a good idea to replace as long as you are in there.

∙ 8y agoEvery 70,000 miles. Change the water pump at the same time; timing belts and water pumps wear out at the same rate and you're in there anyway, so this is the time to do it.
