You whole change the oil every 2500 to 3000 miles, or whenever the vehicle tells you it should. If you need an oil change, the Jeep will making a ding-ing sound shortly after the engine is started up. I would recommend giving the vehicle it's first oil change after 2000 miles because that is when it gets the dirtiest.
