Change the timing belt at 105,000 miles or 10 years whichever comes first. The water pump is driven by the cam belt so replace it at the same time you replace the timing belt. This will save you labor costs later on when the pump will fail before the next cam belt replacement. Know that this is an interference engine and as such if the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage. Do not neglect this service and do it on time.
The timing belt should be changed every 90,000 miles on a 93 Accord.
The manual states that the timing belt on a 2004 Accord V6 should be replaced at 105,000 miles.
The timing belt on a 2000 Honda Accord should be changed every 75,000 miles. Failure to change at the appropriate time can result in engine failure.

The Honda Accord timing belt should be changed every 75,000 miles. Failure to change the belt on the appropriate time schedule can result in immediate engine failure.
For Honda Accord, you change the timiing belt every 110,000 miles ( V6 ). The 4 cylinder has a chain that requires no maintenance.
Timing chains are designed to last the life of the engine.Timing belts however are a different story. Need to know what year Accord and which engine you have.
I don't know about 2006, in the 2001 it's at 105k miles

Every 60000 miles is factory recommened. On the 1990 thru 1992 Honda Accord, the timing belt should be changed about every 150,000 miles. My 92" Accord has 154,000 miles on it and I havent changed yet, because all the shops around town have told me it cost about $600-$800 dollars.
According to the below answer 2002 accord after 105K miles it needs to changed.When_should_you_replace_a_timing_belt_on_a_2002_Honda_Accord
