After that, the most common reasons are conditions that the receiver may have, such as cardiovascular problems, infectious conditions, and chronic conditions, such as advanced stages of multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's diseases.

No offense, but of course you wouldn't! Anybody can give a foot massage. In fact, I could probably just stand out in the streets and give a foot massage to a person right now.
