For a light switch in the home four foot to centre is a reasonable height. Some contractors set the outlet box at four foot to the bottom of the outlet box and other contractors set the box to four foot to the top of the outlet box. There is no code rule that stipulates the exact height that the outlet box must be set to.

If so then the turn signal switch has i think 2-3 screws to get off. you just want to move that so you can get to the set screw for the switch. the switch is only held in with one long set screw. removeing that you should be able to pull the cylinder right out. The switch operates from two locations, such as upstairs and downstairs, but there are three ways it can be set: both switches "on", both switches "off", or one switch "on" and one switch "off".
It uses a programmed switch box that can be set to come off and on at certain times. The switch, when on, regulates electricity that shuts on/off valves to water. The sprinklers turn or operate from the water pressure itself. Some people have this system rigged to solar panels to use the sun's energy.
