When the tape player in your 1993 Town n Country snagged your tape when you pulled it out the rear speakers now sound like they are muffled so what do you think is the problem so how can you fix it?

When your tape player snagged, it was probably due to something sticky on the tape. That stuff is now stuck to your tape head and needs to be cleaned. Either that or some portion of the tape wound itself around the capstan within the unit causing the tape to ride too high or too low across the heads. Either way you're going to have to prop the door open and with a flashlight look in and go to work. Either with a Q-tip with alcohol or a pocket knife to scrape the wound up tape with.
