Chrysler vehicles have a clicking sound when the starter is bad. It must be replaced, Sometimes they can be lighty smacked with a blunt object and will work for a while but will still need replaced..
try looking at your battery terminals if they are loose or broken
The clicking you hear is the ASD relay (auto shut down). It supplies power to the fuel pump relay so when its clicking its actually pulsing power on and off rapidly. When it stops in the on position it sends power to the fuel pump relay and the van starts. It could be a bad ground, short to ground, corroded connector, corroded wires, bad sensor, or ECM.
You need to get someone to get under the vehicle and tap the starter while you are trying to crank it. If it starts then you need to replace the starter, also check your battery connections, also battery to make sure you have good voltage.
If it won't crank it could be a bad connection, make sure the battery terminals and cables are clean and tight. If it kind of clicks and turns over, or maybe stops turning and clicks again, you may just have to jump it.
A single hard click with each turn of the key, could be a failed starter. Repeated fast clicks would be an indication of a weak battery or dirty cable connections.
why did you buy a Chrysler van in the first place you douche
Your ECM is going bad. thats The clicking is the ASD (auto shut down) relay turning on and off which also supplies power to the fuel pump realy
Could be poor battery connection.
it could either be a bad beattery or a bad starter

clean the battery terminals - strong wire brush or a little baking soda & water.
under the hood on the drivers side in the relay compartment
