My ipod touch shows the itunes thing when i turn it on i plug it in itunes it says it in recovery mode i need to restore it but it will wipe the songs and aps from it but i have paid aps on there wtf?
It's because you are either trying to transfer your phone from a previous ITunes account or a different computer.

There are other software which you can use to transfer mp3 to ipod. I used to use winamp.
