Definitely not. If anything it will enhance the affect, especially if you're a bit of a novice to either drinking or smoking. If you're drunk and you go blaze up, the room is likely to start spinning. You might throw up and you'll probably fall asleep a short time later. Personally, I like the feeling of mixing them but you really need to get used to it. Either start out mixing them in extreme moderation, or give yourself a crash course via the Big White Phone.
