Note that the anime has not been renewed yet by any company, and the live action remains to be licensed in English, if it ever will.
Volume 9 has already been released, but Del-Ray (English Publisher) Defunct. On October 4, 2010, Kodansha and Random House announced that the US division of Kodansha will take over publishing over all Del Rey Manga titles as well as their own manga, starting on December 1, 2010. As of now they have no plans to translate Dragon Eye; since it is still licensed, scanalation groups usually won't translate it while it is licensed.
