What am I missing here? You want to know when it was made but you say the date made is engraved on the forearm? Looking through the store brand cross over list, the only Spanish maker of Sears shotguns I find is Laurona. Laurona was founded in 1941 and manufactured side-by-side shotguns until 1978. The Model 13 was a boxlock sold through Sears & Roebuck, and most boxlock doubles look similar.

Stevens made for Sears Roebuck
Stevens Arms made the Ranger shotgun for Sears & Roebuck. Production ended about 1930.
I believe that is a model 311. I have the same double barrel.
It's a Stevens 520 with a Sears name.
