When was the CPU created?

All of the following computers included the concept of what is now called a CPU, but it was called different things at different times by the people involved.

1. Charles Babbage invented the idea of a mechanical programmable general purpose digital computer in the 1830s, but was unable to get the funding to build it.
2. Alan Turing invented a conceptual programmable general purpose digital computer in 1936 as part of his paper "On Computable Numbers", but he never considered building it.
3. Konrad Zuse in Germany built mechanical and electromechanical programmable general purpose digital computers from 1936 to 1941.
4. The idea of the modern electronic stored program general purpose digital computer was invented in 1944 to 1945 on the project that built ENIAC for the US Army, but due to the wartime priority to finish ENIAC as designed no attempt was made to build one at the time. Who came up with the idea was never recorded.
5. The Manchester Small-Scale Experimental Machine (SSEM), nicknamed Baby, was the world's first stored-program computer. It was built at the Victoria University of Manchester, England, by Frederic C. Williams, Tom Kilburn and Geoff Tootill, and ran its first program on June 21, 1948.
