Yes You Can. But There Is Only One Type of Shampoo that You Can Use. It Is PPS. Hope That Helps. :) I personally see no harm in using shampoo while bathing a mouse. After all shampoo is just a type of cleaning agent that is used on hair or in this case fur. Shampoo also creates a lather that breaks up deposits of oil and dirt which is just right for an animal. So my answer for now would be yes you can use shampoo while washing a mouse.

∙ 11y agoYou really don't want to give your hamster a bath. It can make them very sick and kill them. The only time it is reallyneccisary. If they get something in there fur, most of the time they can get it out themself. Hamsters bathe themselves. But, if its needed use a mild baby shampoo.
