Installe from Apple, probably never?
Apple is going away from DVD/CD drives so eventually you won't be able to play one "inside" a Mac anyway.
If your talking about BlueRay "playback" support software it usually comes with the BlueRay capable externalUSB/Thunderbolt Blueray/DVD/CD drive or you can Yahoo/Google "Mac Blueray software" or something to get it.
Apple would have to pay Sony Corp for the license to install it on the Mac, IF Sony would sell it to them, and as they aren't playing nice these days it won't happen for a while if at all. Not to mention YOU would also be paying more for the Mac to have it if they did buy the licence.
CD's, DVD's NO BLURAY
No, it was the 5th Apple computer. 1. Apple 1 2. Apple 2 3. Apple 3 4. Lisa 5. Macintosh
If you already have a Netflix account, you just need to enter your account information on the BluRay player's Netflix menu. If you don't have an account already, you will need to set one up on your computer so that you can get the account information that the BluRay player needs.
An Apple computer will do everything a Windows computer will do.
