Once a female Neon Tetra lays eggs, it will lay eggs again evey two weeks for the rest of it's life.
It can be hard to tell. If you have bottom feeders, they may eat some eggs. Some may not hatch and the babies may be eaten by other fish or even the mother. It's kinda hard to tell.
