Any right-left orientation in a vehicle is made as if you were sitting in the drivers seat. Sit down in the drivers seat and extend your right arm out. That's the right side in a car.

Their are screws at the bottom of the dashboard start from the driver side and go right their mite be about 6 screws
If you open the driver's side door and look on the side of the dashboard it is right there.
if your installed a new radio double check your wiring most likely the ground of the radio isn't wired right Or: The dashboard is wired to the tail light circuit and both are controlled by the same fuse. The 10amp fuse is in under the hood fusebox passenger-side next to the battery and is labeled TAIL, but includes the dashboard running lights.

The wiring harness for the radio in a 1991 GMC Pickup is going to be behind the radio. The wiring harness is plugged into the back of the radio. The fuse for the radio is in the fuse box located on the driver's side below the dashboard.
To replace the radio on a Ford E350, first remove the bezel from around the existing radio. Then, release the clips on either side of the radio and remove it from the dashboard.
