Do you cover tuna noodle casserole when baking?
No. I do not. The mixture seems to cook better without a cover. If you covr it, it will be mushy and over cooked and the cheese and toppings will not brown the way it should. You are already cooking the noodles first, so everything is already cooked. 20-30 min. and you are done!! Enjoy!

Well... first if all it depends on the type of spaghetti. But for most it is the same. First take a medium saucepan and pill with about 5 cups of water. Let it boil. When the water is boiling pour the noodles in and stirring occasionally it should take about 10 minutes(Or more depending on the brand). If you don't find a timer necessary then all you have to do is keep stirring and every now and then test a noodle by pushing it around in the pan. When the noodle bends and flow along with the churning water the noodles are ready. (Make sure to test one before serving!)

How do you make maggi masala noodles?
Maggi instant noodle is one of my favorites. It doesn't take too much time and its taste is just awesome. For making it, first of all, I order it from "Kesar Grocery", one of the best Indian grocery delivery chains in the USA. Then I boil the water and put Maggi noodles along with masala and some spices too and cook it for two minutes. The spices I add are chili powder and coriander powder to make it slightly spicy.
