Yeah, it is bad, because that is a sign that cartlege is starting to wear off. or you've done somthing to you muscles. I have the same thing, and i am soon getting replacement surgery , but mine are very bad. signs are, cant sleep at night, cant run, and hurts to walk. those are main. but you should go see your doctor and get x-rays just to be shure.
