How do you burn DVD with vista?

To burn a DVD, a blank DVD disc, video file, a DVD burner, and a drive are needed. Generally speaking, there are two kinds of DVD burners, one is designed for Mac, another for PC, or you can say, for windows. Take an example, I use wondershare video to DVD burner, it supports windows vista, xp and so on. It also has another version for Mac.
