I am assuming you mean 'non compliant.' If you are treating one of your patients for ANYTHING and it's a serious matter or they have a bad attitude you can warn your patient that you will no longer put up with them not following your advice, taking the medications correctly as ordered by you or being a perfect pain in the butt by cursing at you then any doctor has the right to basically fire that patient! It will then be up to the patient to choose another doctor. If the patient has a serious illness and is not taking their prescriptions or coming to see you for follow-ups or tests (if needed) it's best to let them go. These are the very patients that could turn around and sue you should their illness get worse. The best way to deal with a patient that is non compliant is to tell them there are a lot of sick patients out there that would appreciate your time and if they don't conform then you will no longer see them. It would be wise to follow-up with a letter to the patient to explain why you have refused to see them.

Often, Nursing is considered as a part of healthcare but not a part of medical practice because Nursing involves a nurse assisting the patient whereas Medical practice usually involves a physician assisting the patient. As far as medical practice is concerned, it does not provide bedside care like it is done so under nursing. So nursing and medical practice form different parts of healthcare.

If the patient was to ill or had inaccurate memory it would be good practice
If a Doctor says to the patient , " If you don't lie still, we will have to hold you down." And if the patient believes this will cause him or her harm, it is considered a tort of assault in medical practice. Here, the intention of the Doctor is not to cause any harm to the patient but to treat him properly. But the way of talking to the patient sounds assault.

Patient satisfaction is of importance in the private medical field because how a patient views they were treated weighs heavily on their decision to return to that practice's office again. Patients who are satisfied with the care they received, cleanliness, and how they were treated are more likely to return.
A patient aging report is a list of the patients balance by age, date, and amount of the last payment, and telephone number. If a medical practice did not produce patient aging reports on a regular basis the practice may not be getting money owned to them in an accurate time. The patient may also not be getting billed correctly and maybe over or under charged for things. Nothing would be up to date and may become very disorganized.
Clinical practice is "Clinical practice guidelines are statements that include recommendations intended to optimize patient care. They are informed by a systematic review of evidence and an assessment of the benefits and harms of alternative care options.". So the guidelines for medical facilities to follow to give the best patient care.
