I would say that if water had never backed up in your floor drain, then backed up even after you had the drain line snaked, Roto-Rooter didn't do their job. Once a drain line is cleaned, it should drain like it did before the stoppage. As for plugging the floor drain, it is there for a reason, I would not plug it. There are several items manufactured that will allow a floor drain to drain but if the line starts stopping up they will seal the drain off to prevent water from coming out of the drain.
A number of things. Is the audio cable plugged into the green jack tightly? Is the power pack plugged into the wall and into the speakers? Is the "volume" control on your computer muted or turned all the way down? Is the sound card working properly? Good luck.
First, be sure that the phone is plugged into the phone jack if this is a home phone. The next step would be to take the phone apart and make sure all wires are connected tightly.
no laundry soap
This expression makes no sense to me. The way that people would see your laundry airing would be if you hung them out on a clothesline; but you wouldn't put your dirty laundry out to dry, that makes no sense, the only laundry out to dry would be what you just washed--which should be reasonably clean.
'is' is correct. 'are' would be used for the plural form which is laundries.
no laundry soap
The president that took care of laundry was Washington. This is a pun on Washington's name, as he would have had to wash the laundry.
Most people would agree that Gain laundry detergent is better than Dyamo laundry detergent. Gain is more expensive in price but a better quality detergent.
To be honest I've thought about that too, but I would highly doubt that it's plugged in.
Plugged fuel filter? Plugged air filter? Plugged catalytic converter? I would think it would be the throttle body.

Plugged air filter? Plugged fuel filter? Plugged catalytic converter? Weak fuel pump?
