it shouldn't take 30 minutes, it sounds like there might be another problem with the bike
Wait for the fuel to evaporate for a couple of minutes before trying to start it.
the motor will continue to operate at a reduced speed and experience vibrations
The cam shaft opens the valves for the inlet of gas/air into the piston chamber & exhaust of used fuel has a smooth rpm operating range. The proper timing of the motor to run idle is usually 600-800 rpm. While the motor is trying to start and gain rpm, the pressure from the compression of fuel lags on all other piston until the smooth idle operating rpm is reached. Making the motor lag on start up.
clicking noise when trying to sart engine usually indicates a flat battery.if the battery is not the problem ,the starter motor needs repair.
you hjave a short in wiring. check the connections at starter motor to make sure they are tight.if they are tight then you should have stater motor repaired. the starter is the only thing low on the car that would spark when trying to start
This condition could happen if there is a motor trying to start on the circuit. A water pump motor will do this if the pressure switch is not working properly. Switch is calling for motor to start. Motor starts and switch shuts the pump off right away. pressure instantaneously drops and pump tries to start again. This cycling will continue until the pump's overloads drop the pump off line.
Dirty fuel filter.
Cheaper to turn it off.
The battery voltage is not high enough to start the car. The clicking is the solenoid trying to get enough power to activate the started motor. Try leaving the cables connected longer or try to get a better connection on the cables.
capacitive start motors start by themselves however a normal single phase induction motor requires a starter motor to 'kick-start' the motor into action.
broken crankshaft or connecting rod
