Quite possibly he does talk about you. That may be good or bad eg. Aw she's awesome or God shes clingy. It could also mean he doesn't talk about you but the friend has heard about you eg. Oh i heard she made the swim team, Isn't she the head of SRC. I suggest you talk it out with him and tell him what you do and don't expect of him. totly! well duh of course hes going to talk about you. you talk about him to your friends right?!
