It doesn't matter what computer you are on when you are on WikiAnswers - you cannot make asked questions go away on WikiAnswers. The question you asked will stay permanently on WikiAnswers, and can only be removed by a Supervisor. If your question is innapropriate, does not have enough info to answer, etc., it will be removed from WikiAnswers. However, if it is a legitimate question, it will not be removed from WikiAnswers. Contact a Supervisor if you wish to have a question removed.
Content is occasionally removed from WikiAnswers when it is deemed inappropriate or illegal.

No, WikiAnswers itself does not con people. Users on WikiAnswers may post false information in order to lure people into a scam, but this information can be removed by Supervisors and other WikiAnswers members as soon as it is identified. If you spot a user trying to scam people on WikiAnswers, remove their edits and contact a Supervisor.
I am assuming you are metaphorically asking what questions need to be removed from WikiAnswers. WikiAnswers is trying to become a PG-13 site. Any swearing/profanity, hacking or bypassing blocked sites, illegal activities, cyberbullying and other inappropriate questions and answers are removed. Nonsense questions, questions with not enough information provided and questions that add no value to WikiAnswers are also removed.
WikiAnswers has, at the moment over 500 Supervisors around the world working their hardest to keep WikiAnswers a safe and an appropriate place for all ages. You can help by reporting anything you might deem offensive or inappropriate to a WikiAnswers Supervisor.
Many questions should be removed from WikiAnswers, but when it is removed from the data bases completely, people can just ask it again. There is a category called the 'Catch-All' category, and every question in it is the storage question to all answers that shouldn't belong on WikiAnswers. This category of questions has storage questions from having not enough information, to relating to cyberbullying.
No. "Because" is frequently used as an answer, but it is a non-answer - which would be removed on WikiAnswers.
They can't. The history is a permanent record of 'who did what' on the site.

You are welcome to ask - and answer! - as many questions as you would like! We have a few suggestions for your questions and answers: * WikiAnswers is not a chat room; questions that are designed for chatting and socialization will be removed * WikiAnswers is not a search engine; if you need quick facts, you should probably try a search engine like www.google.com or www.dogpile.com * WikiAnswers does not provide information about how to break the law * WikiAnswers does not provide information about how to find pornography * WikiAnswers does not provide photos, pictures, or diagrams - try those search engines for that * Remember that is is always a bad idea to put your personal information onto a non-secure website on the internet * Remember that everyone who asks and answers questions on the Wiki-verse is a person; it is not polite to call names, insult them, or make fun of their attempts * WikiAnswers is a family site; inappropriate content will be removed
The answer is 125. Please note that simple arithmetic and calculator questions will be removed from WikiAnswers.
