you just throw a treat and it will run for it
1. Show your dog that it is fun to chase ducks. 2.If your dog doesn't like it just reward it with treats then it may do it 3. When it works go with your dog and both go and chase the ducks away. 4. Then when you are all done show dog that everytime that it does it right you give it a treat!
if your dog will be good give him or her a treat
Any dog could chase a cat ... its a prey drive and how strong their drive is, will determine if they chase ... if the dog grew up with cats, its less likely to treat cats as prey.
if you want him/her to chase things, the best way to do this is get something he/she is attracted to i.e food, a toy etc. and throw it near some geese, then it will run near them causing them to flee, then give him/her lots of fuss and attention and congratulate him/her and give him/her a treat. This is the best way.
You have to give it a treat.
a nice meaty treat or dog bone. i sometimes give my dog my leftover meat from dinner and she loves it!
First get a dog treat put your hand up and say sit then throw the treat far away and go inside or away FYI I'm 10
You can say "speak" whenever you hear the dog barking and give it treat and praise. The dog will soon associate the treat and praise to the word and action. Then the dog will speak on command because they know what the sound is telling them to do and they want a treat.
What you should do is that you tell your dog to calm down and tell your dog that they would get a treat if they behaved. If they do behave, then give your dog a treat of anything they'd like.
If your dog is sitting and jumps for the treat, make him sit. If he keeps doing it, don't give him the treat. If you have to hold his collar be firm and if he does it correctly without you holding him give him the treat and a big fuss!
Are you dating a teen dog? Give him some toys and a treat :)
