The tissue right outside of the anus is the same as the rest of your skin, so it is likely just a mole. It's an awkward spot, which can make the mole grow in an odd shape. Just make sure you check it every once and a while and look for changes in color (it should be a dark as it is in a more pigmented area). Look for changes in shape and size as well. If it is painful or more grow in the area, make a trip to the dermatologist and they will clip some (if not the whole thing(s)) off to do some tests. Try not to freak out, because moles are very common. Just keep a check on it and don't wait if you notice changes.
