Not quite, but close. When it is the winter solstice on the northern hemisphere, it is the summer solstice in the SOUTHERN hemisphere.
The vernal equinox.
It is called "an equinox" because on that day the Sun (nominally) spends as much time above the horizon as below the horixon all over the World. This is a truth with modifications but close enough for general consideration.
Spring (March 20-21)Summer (June 20-21)Fall (September 20-21)Winter (December 20-21)Mexico has the same seasons other northern hemisphere countries (the United states, Europe, Russia) have.
The usual answer is at the March (vernal equinox) and September (autumnal equinox). However this is not really true. Do to effects like refraction, the sun seams to rise earlier and set later than simple geometry would dictate. Thus if you check any almanac, you will see that there are several minutes more of day than night on the equinox days. The actual day of equal day and night would be several days before the March equinox and after the September equinox. The exact day depending on your lattitude. In the north its cold in the winter cool in warm in the summer. In the west its warm in the winter but in some places cold and warm in the summer but some places are cool. In the east it is warm in the summers and cool or cold in the winter. In the south its hot in the summer and cool in the winter. It depends on what the overall climate is for the world to.
The other side of the world, where they have winter when you have summer.
Yes - at the summer and winter equinox
Go to the other half (north and south) of the world
Solstice is the middle of Summer and Winter, Equinox is the middle of Spring and Fall.
In all parts of the world, in December and July occur soltices and in march and September, equinoxes.
because its nature ok deal wit it buzzz foee
World War 1 began in the summer; July to be exact.
The vernal equinox.
In the Northern Hemisphere, traditionally June, July, and August. The season nominally extends from the summer solstice (June 20/21) to the fall equinox (September 22/23).In the Southern Hemisphere, summer is December, January, and February (winter in the north). The season extends from the solstice on December 21/22 to the equinix on March 20.
This is because the equator is above Zimbabwe and is below Poland. It's very simple, during the autumunal equinox, the rays of the sun are coming from the Northern part of the world. The seasons all have to do with Earth's tilt and the rays of the sun.
because the sun spend most of its time on the other side of the world
