Adrenaline is a hormone released during times of high stress, threat, danger or excitement. It gives a "rush" enabling a person to act fast. It is commonly called the "fight or flight" response; it enabled humans to get away from dangerous situations or to stand and fight the threat.
Since today we have little need for "fight or flight" actions, people aren't sure what to DO when they feel the surge of this hormone. Most people can relax while the hormone decreases and levels off. Some people develop "hyperness" in any situation that triggers the hormone. Another group becomes somewhat addicted to the heightened senses and feeling of being revved up -- reactions caused by the hormone.
The stress of "fear" is powerful. Fear acts to keep us safe by making us make quick decisions to get out of harm's way. But, instead of being in a forest during a hunt and coming up on prey, most people today get an overload of adrenaline when watching Horror movies, mystery movies, or when doing dangerous and risky actions. Because there's no way to decrease the hormones, like our ancestors could (i.e. kill the prey or run away from it), some people get hooked into the state of heightened senses that fear / being afraid can cause.
It's important after watching a frightening movie to de-stress and reconnect to the present. Switch to some enjoyable activity, like listening to music, that doesn't trigger "fight or flight" responses. Don't deliberately seek out fearful situations, because adrenaline acts on specific parts of the body, especially the heart and blood vessels. With repeated adrenaline exposures, a person can end up with Heart disease or blood vessel disease. (Too long to explain here, but the effects on the body are real and cumulative over time.)
It is like being in a horror movie its like being scared
Feeling lonely is like being stranded in a desert with no one around. Feeling scared is like being lost in a dark, labyrinthine maze. Feeling lonely is like being adrift in a vast ocean with no land in sight. Feeling scared is like being chased by an invisible threat in a dense fog.

I don't think there is a specific phobia for the number 6, but being scared of the number 666 is called Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia. Hope that helps.
The people who are scared of spiders are called "arachnophobes" (the fear itself is called "arachnophobia" and the term for describing someone with arachnophobia is "arachnophobic")
yes, i just don't know what it is called
being scared of small spaces
being afraid of surprises could simply just be scared!
Being scared could make you see things. Like how kids think they see monsters but it ends up being a shadow, a shirt, or anything else. Being scared could make you see things. Like how kids think they see monsters but it ends up being a shadow, a shirt, or anything else.
Being scared of open places would be a type of agoraphobia. (uh-gore-uh-FOE-bee-uh)
