Okay, in a month of waterfasting, you loose about 2lbs of muscle because the body need that protein, after that the body know longer takes the muscle until it runs out of fat that is stored on your body and if you are over weight that can take a while. you can gain the weight back if you go back to your old eatting habits but the fast is ment to break you of the ways you use to eat. when you break the fast you are ment to add 5 days to every day that you fast for, so fast for 3 days spend 15 breaking it, when you break the fast start by eating veggies and fruit and add the other stuff after, your system is resting during the fast so if you were to start eating bread and all that stuff your body cant digest it yet so you gain weight from it. so take it easy after the fast your body is pretty much sleeping and has to wake up.
Yes, eating two meals a day is worse for gaining weight than eating several small meals a day. What really matters is how much and what you eat, and how much you exercise.

Eating full meals every three hours will make you gain weight normally. If you eat small portions and get the amount of nutrients you need and exercise then you'll most likely lose weight.

Fasting is eating only three meals with no snacks or eating in between meals and the two lesser meals combined should not be greater than the biggest meal. Abstinence means no meat. Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of fast and abstinence. All Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence. Fasting is recommended but not required on other days of Lent. Rules apply to those between ages 18 and 60 for fasting and 14 until death for abstinence unless medical reasons contraindicate.
You can exercise. Exercising helps to lose weight and eating healthy. Fruits and vegetables are a good way to lose weight as well as maintaining your three meals a day.
Thruthfully speaking, at your height anf weight...you are slightly underweight. Actually, you don't need to lose any weight. Any lower and you'll look bad. Fasting causes your body to hold on to fat...not shed it. Go about it eating smaller meals that are more healthy.
AbstinenceIn the Latin Church, abstinence means refraining from eating the meat from mammals or fowl, and soup or gravy made from them.FastingFasting is the taking of only one full meal (which may include meat) and two smaller, meatless meals that don't equal the large one meal. to lose weight you are best eating 5 really small meals a day and doing allot of exercise. and yes it will help with losing weight eating 1 meal a day isn't good cos if u are going to do that you have to keep it up forever if you don't, when u stop ur likely to gain it bak on because having 1 meal a day is like starving yourself
What you have to remember is that it is not the amount of food you eat, but the type of food you eat and how much you exercise. Eat sensibly - no fats and sugars - and exercise everyday and you shouldn't put on any weight. Three meals a day is much healthier as your body does not have to "store" the nutrients and fats it has consumed from your one meal so that your body can get through 24 hours.
change your eating habbits eat small meals during the whole day instead of three meals a day that are huge and the small snacks eating the whole day should be healthy also try joining some teams soccer is great exercise go for a run or just constant movement is exercise depending on each individuals physical ability
You should avoid eating between meals because you are more likely to gain weight. You also may not want to eat your meal.
