No, software is rarely 'backwards compatible' - Office 2007 should be happy to work with version 2003 files, but Office 2003 will likely reject 2007 files, due to it not being capable of understanding enhancements made after the Office 2003 software was written.
none................ because m.s.p 2007 is just the newest version of the m.s office in making slides or making mini games................ m.s.p 2007 is just a upgraded version of the m.s office...............
Check compatibility between your Microsoft Office 2010 files and earlier versions of Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, to check for features that are not supported. To save your file in an earlier format, see Save an Office file as an earlier version. Click the File tab. Click Info. Under Prepare for Sharing, click Check for Issues. Select Check Compatibility. Any issues between the 2010 version and earlier versions are listed in the Summary. Note Selecting the Check compatibility when saving documents check box automatically checks for compatibility issues when you save your file as an earlier version. pp wd XL

Check which version of Excel you have (maybe 2003?) and make sure the file was created on the same version or earlier. If someone has sent you a file created on Excel 2007, you can bang on the keyboard all you want but it won't open if you have an older version.
