Whether you consider ham and cheese sandwiches nice is purely a matter of your personal taste. If you like ham, and like cheese, you will probably like the two together in a sandwich. You might enjoy the sandwich more with other ingredients added, such as lettuce, mustard, chutney, pickles, and so on, or you might find you prefer just plain ham and cheese. Just experiment; eventually you'll find the perfect sandwich types for you. Sandwiches are a good food, easy to make and easy to eat, and a great source of nutrition. With the variety of breads readily available, and provided you give consideration to your health when choosing ingredients - go easy on the mayonnaise, butter, and other fats, and include some salad - you can pretty well live on sandwiches. The possibilities for great-tasting sandwiches are endless. Just remember, unless you're going to eat the sandwich immediately don't include moist ingredients such as tomatoes. Add sliced tomato just before eating. Drink plain milk, juice, water, or tea or coffee, with your sandwich, and you'll have had a good meal.
