No, I am not. Included in me is also the inability to perceive things that do not have material existence (and so do not truly exist), such as other peoples' thoughts.
Realism ontology is a philosophical perspective that posits the existence of an objective reality independent of human perception or beliefs. It asserts that reality exists regardless of our ability to perceive or understand it, and aims to uncover the fundamental truths that govern this objective reality. In contrast to idealism, which sees reality as a product of the mind, realism ontology emphasizes the external, concrete existence of the world.
It's the process that leads us to see and perceive what we want and expect to see and perceive as reality, even if it isn't reality.
Perception has to do with the senses, especially sight and hearing; our perception of reality is our observation of the world or environment in which we live. If that perception is impaired, this means that we do not perceive reality accurately. We may perceive things that are not really there, or fail to perceive things that are there, or perceive things in an altered way. Impaired perception of reality, if it is severe, is a symptom of schizophrenia, although there are other ways in which the perception of reality may become impaired.

Metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that explores fundamental questions about reality, existence, and the nature of being. It impacts philosophical beliefs by shaping how individuals perceive the nature of reality, the existence of God, free will, and other fundamental concepts. Metaphysical beliefs influence one's worldview and can inform ethical, moral, and epistemological perspectives.
If the object is dependent on one mind for its existence, it would not exist if that mind did not perceive it. Its existence is tied to the perception and awareness of that particular mind, so without perception from that mind, the object would cease to exist.
Humans are not capable to knowe the reality for sure. What we knowe, are based on what we perceive which is based on our senses. What we perceive may also be illusive, and therefore we can't even be sure that, what we percieve is true. Reality is both individual for the species human, and for humans as individuals. So there is not only one reality because reality is relative. So what it mean to knowe reality is what you personally evaluate as real.
Ontological assumptions refer to the beliefs about the nature of reality, existence, and being. These assumptions shape how individuals perceive and interpret the world around them, influencing their understanding of what is true, real, and valid. They are fundamental in guiding philosophical and scientific inquiries.

Reality exists independently of our perception and prejudice. While our perception and prejudices can influence how we interpret and understand reality, they do not define or create reality itself. Reality is objective and exists regardless of how we perceive it.
