When you run your shoulder hurts unbearabley it feels like you are being stabbed wny and what can you do to ease the pain?

you are moving that arm to far ahead or behind your body or you are crossing it over to the other side of your body. try to make that arm mirror your other one and make sure to never cross the belly button. stretch it out and you may have to ask your doctor if it persists.
