you have a good team...it would have helped to put the moves... it seems you favour your infernape based on how much higher the level is from the other Pokemon, so work on your other Pokemon and don't put infernape to battle unless it's mandatory

Should you get Pokemon heartgold or Pokemon Platinum?
I have both and although I prefer older graphics, I think Platinum has a better storyline and Cyrus, the perceived villain and leader of Team Galatic, has an understandable goal similar to N’s (the perceived villain of Black and White). He ultimately wants peace for the world, he doesn’t like the suffering of people and Pokemon, but has a very skewed vision of how to end all that. Even though it seems like he’s just there to be the roadblock in the game, if you stop to actually analyze his behavior and thought process, if anything he’s become desensitized to any empathy for a broken world, which gives me the impression that his past was less than pleasant. So it includes a very interesting character. You can also transfer all your old Pokémon to Platinum so aside from the graphics part, you get the best of both worlds. If I had to choose, I’d choose Platinum. But that’s just me.

you don't need a cheat to get rotom. You go into the Old Chateau near Eterna City after 8:00PM. Then go into the room that has the tv. talk to the tv, it will say something like: "there seems to be a Pokemon on the other side of the screen. Knock on the tv?" Choose yes and you will find yourself in a battle with a level 15 rotom! -hope i helped
