Not noticeably. As the Earth spins, the people in China sees a full moon that is about 1/3 of a day later in the cycle, just as people in Europe see a full moon that is about 1/3 of day EARLIER in the cycle, as compared to people in North America.
The point is that you as the average person cannot tell the difference between the Moon when it is exactly "full" compared to the "almost full" or the "just past full" Moons that are 8 hours different.
-- When you see the moon, people on the other side of the world can't see it at all.
-- Everybody on Earth who can see the moon at any moment sees exactly the
same shape. (That's why every calendar in the world shows the Full Moon on
the same date.)
The only reasons why you wouldn't be able to see the full moon would be that either it is daytime (the full moon rises at sunset, and sets at sunrise), or it is during totality of a lunar eclipse, or your eyes are closed. The full moon is the brightest thing in the night sky. It's almost possible to read by it.
A full moon. Professor Lupin is a werewolf, so the thing he fears the most is the full moon which turns him into a savage beast.
During the New moon, the lighted side of the Moon is the OTHER side, the side we never see.
There isn't anything special about a "blue moon"; it is just the second full moon in a calendar year, which happens about every other year. The Moon doesn't actually turn "blue". The only thing that causes the Moon to literally appear blue is fine volcanic ash high in the stratosphere.
Both full moon and new moon can be seen at the sunset. But full moon in the east and new moon in the west just after the full sunset.
No, but if you belive in that type of stuff it's your opinion. A full moon means nothing. It is no different (other then how we look at it) then the other days of the moon. The mass stays the same and the only thing that the moon changes is the waves in water.
February is the only month capable of not having a full moon, although it almost always has one.The only thing that February can't possibly have that other months can is two full moons.Every other month except February must have one full moon, and is capable of having two of them.

It's really the other way round: light is full moon. In other words, when we see the light side of the Moon, we call that "full moon".
i think its possible because in the other side of the world it might be full while here it might be a new moon but idk -VG
no every other full moon
No, there are no such thing as werewolves.
The phase of the moon depends on the rotation of the moon. A full moon gets full sun. A new moon is on the other side of the earth from the sun.
sometimes on cold days the moon is like the coldest thing in the world and in sunny its the hottest thing in the world
Another new moon and another full moon. And if you catch it just right, all of the other phases are in there too.
The first thing you have to do is click on the carrot.
No, because If we have a Full moon than the other side has a New Moon! Isn't that interesting? :)
