Of course you can become flexible! I was as stiff as a board, but I tried out for the cheer team anyway. After stretching every day for a few weeks, in about a month I had all 3 of my splits! With practice and consistency, you'll be flexible in no time!

By the way, if you are unsure of how you should stretch, go on YouTube. There are countless videos and tips that should help you reach your goal :)

Q: When you stand up and spread your legs in line with your shoulder and to stretch your hamstrings you can only reach just under your knee will you ever get full flexibility to reach your foot like most?
