It is not uncommon for rust to form on brake rotors or drums when a car sits motionless for a long time. As you drive the rust is rubbed off by the brake linings. This may be what you are experiencing. Some brake lining formulations can make this noise more pronounced. If so, it would be nothing to worry about.

It could, however, be something else entirely. If the noise shows up when the car has been sitting for less than 1 day (or 12 hours in damp weather) this probably isn't the problem and you should get it checked soon. Also note that if you have a brake fluid leak it can cause rust to form faster than normal. Any brake fluid leak is a dangerous condition.

You might do well to leave the car overnight with a mechanic so that he/she can hear the noise and be sure what is causing the noise and whether or not there is any safety consideration.

What is a Colorado state quarter 2006P with no copper worth?

The 2006 quarter is composed of a core of pure copper with outer layers of copper-nickel. If there was truly no copper then there would be no coin. If the usual copper line is missing from the edge of the quarter it is not because there is no copper in it but because as the blank quarter was stamped out of the sheet of metal, the outer layers containing the nickel were "smeared" over the edge of the blank quarter by the cutting die and concealing the customary copper band. Scraping the edge of the coin would reveal the copper.

Is a runningback a quarterback?

No, they are two completely different positions. Not always but in general the quarter back is the one who throws the ball, and the running back is the player that the quarter back will hand the ball off to and then run.

What hits the ground first quarter or penny?

Depending on the angle that the coins are falling, if they are falling heads down, completely horizontal with the ground, the quarter has more air resistance then the penny, making the penny hit the ground first. If they are on their sides, so the head is completely vertical with the ground, they are both arrow dynamic and the quarter and the penny hit at the same time. as the acceleration of gravity is -9.8 m/s squared, thus making they fall at the same acceleration.

Why do mustangs look different than an American quarter horse?

Because unless the wild herd is monitered very closely the wild horses are usually mixed breeds, and although the may be part quarter horse they are probablly not completely purebred if they live in the wild. Also if they are a wild purebred quarter horse it may look different because it may be dirty or cut up.
