You probably have poor flexibility/injury in your achiles tendon (heel) area, gradually stretching using the right exercises should help improve this. In you want peace of mind go to a local physiotherapist for a diagnosis.
To heal a hamstring you may want to apply cold to your leg and stretch it often after showers. You can stretch a hamstring by crossing one leg over the other then bending over. Also give it time to heal, try not to repull it. Hope this helps. =]
I am answering this assuming you have a heal stretch. If you do not already have a heal stretch then look up Gabi Butlers videos on youtube for help stretching. If you have a heal stretch do a front stretch and then take your arm closest to the foot you are lifting and put it in front of your leg. Hope this helped. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Pull your tows back towards you (keep leg straight). You should feel a stretch on the back of your heel.
if it does not heal properly, then yes.
Pulling your leg usually means someone is messing with you or lying to you OR he is actually pulling your leg
Lie on your back and pull your heel stretch. This is easier if you have someone to hold your standing leg steady. If you aren't to the point where you can hold it yourself, have someone push your leg up to you. After a while, your leg will get closer and you'll be able to hold it. Make sure you stretch both your side stretch (hip rotated out) and your front stretch (leg straight in front of you, do not rotate hip). Stretch for your bow the same way. When your heel stretch is close enough for you to grab with your opposite hand, do so and pull! Once you get better at both of those laying down, you can pull them standing. Standing: lift your leg and have a friend grab it and pull it to your body. They then bear-hug you around your body and leg pulling your leg into your body. **Stretch in the shower. Toward the end of your shower everyday bend down and touch your toes, or put your hands on the ground depending on you flexibility.
To perform an effective outer thigh stretch, sit on the floor with one leg straight out and the other leg bent, crossing over the straight leg. Lean forward from the hips while keeping your back straight until you feel a stretch along the outer thigh of the straight leg. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds and then switch legs.
Get into a position like a lunge with one leg forward and bent, and the other leg stretched straight back. Then, bend you torso back and push your back leg down without bending your knee. You should feel a stretch in the front hip area of your straight leg.

Do some inner leg work outs and walk everyday and stretch your legs. You will feel great after you stretch. & maybe surgery would help.
No, because you have used the term incorrectly. The idiom is YOU'RE pulling my leg, as in YOU ARE doing it."I know you're just pulling my leg when you say you can fly."
Usually, "He's kidding around with you", or, "He's lying to you"......Unless of course, he's really pulling your leg...Just joking around and trying to mess with someoneThey're pulling on your leg means they're just joking around with you. Almost as if someone is teasing you.
