When you try to close the top on your 94 Chrysler lebaron convertible nothing happens but when you push the button down you hear the motor working even tho its already down what could be the problem?

It is the relay switch, that regulates wiether the top motor applies pressure to raise the top, or release pressure to bring the top down.
