To print the screen on your Dell laptop without going to the clipboard just use the Snipping tool.
A screen shot takes a picture of what is on the screen and saves it to your clipboard. You can then paste it in an imaging program.
Was going through the same issue, as i could not clear screen shots. When nothing worked Tried a crappy app called Clipboard Cleaner from google store It did not really clean, but it did unlock screenshots from my clipboard and i was able to delete the screenshots from my clipboard like i would delete copied text

To do a screen capture and save to dektop: Apple key-shift-3 captures whole screen and saves image to desktop Apple key-shift-4 Allows you to select a section of screen to save to desktop To save to clipboard instead of save to desktop as an image, so you can paste into a document add the control key as well to either of those combinations. e.g. Apple key-control-shift-3 - saves whole screen to clipboard so can paste elsewhere.
press the "print screen" button. Now the image is saved in your clipboard so you can paste it into your favorite image editor.
Press the Prt Srcn key; that copies the current screen image to the clipboard.
some reason the monitor screen is saying, no boot filename recieved, and exit Intel boot agent. This message is staying there and will not allow me access to my startup screen. What can i do?

The print screen button on your computer takes a still screenshot and pastes it to your clipboard. Whenever you open up any application after hitting your print screen key, you can paste the image of your computer screen.
look at the message at the right of your screen and follow the message
Tell the user to keep a log of when the problems occur and exactly what messages appear. & tell the user that intermittent problems are the hardest to fix. get a Print Screen to copy a displayed screen.
