The head light bulb casing un-screws, like a half turn then just pops out. The bulb is inside that casing.
If you unscrewed any bulb in the circuit it would turn all of the bulbs off.
Remove the turn signal light bulb connector. Take hold of the light bulb, push in and turn at the same time, to remove the light bulb. Reverse the process to install the new light bulb.

If you are talking about a front turn signal, there is a release tab inside the fender. when you push it it will release the whole light assembly. Then you can access the bulb
To replace the tail light bulb, open the tailgate and on the inside there is two little bolts. Take those out and the tail light should slide out, just turn the bulb holder and it comes out.
The front turn signal light bulb can be accessed through the engine compartment. Take hold of the light bulb connector on the back of the turn signal. Push the connector in and turn at the same time. The light bulb will come out.
