This is caused by a blown capacitor. The electrolyte in the capacitor is boiling, and the capacitor has opened to vent the excess pressure. You will need to purchase a new power supply or have a computer technician do it for you.

What makes the rumbling noise in a volcano?

A volcano is caused by the build up of molten rock (magma) beneath the earths surface. It forces up through the vent of a volcano, and as it forces up it breaks through the rock, which is the noise that is made. Imagine a shaken up coke bottle,: when you open it the coke comes out with a noise, because of the pressure it was under as it is forced out.

How do you fix wind blowing causing stove vent to make noise?

One way to reduce the vibration from wind noise on a stove vent is to make sure that the vent pipe has a screen over it on the roof. Some might have a screen and others might have a small roof like vent over it. It is not good to completely block this pipe, so a little rattle now and then might still be heard on windy days.

What is that clicking noise coming from heater on chev truck?

if its the clicking I'm thinking of its the actuator for the vent door. try shutting off everything off in the heater/a/c system for a couple of minutes and then turn it back on. that usually stops it for me.

Why does my 1994 Chevy truck ac blower comes on ac compressor comes on but no airflow comes out the vents there's a knocking nose for a few seconds is a vent trying to open?

Vent door gear is stripped. It is found under the passenger side dash. Remove glove box to get a good view of heater box . You will be able to locate which one is bad ( there are two vent controllers), by listening to them while trying to turn on you a/c. A cheap fix is to unplug the one making noise and shim the vent open. Hope this helped.
