when the sterring wheel is turned sharply to park, the engine shuts off
With engine off turn steering wheel left and right until system bleeds out all air.
Power steering pumps are self bleeding, fill the reservoir, start the engine and turn the sterring wheel from stop to stop. Add fluid to correct level.
bearings inside your sterring colum need replacing

you need to pull the center piece off of the steering wheel and look at the wires in the steering wheel hub as there is a wire that controls the horn that is either loose or shorting out against metal when you turn the wheel.
Make sure that the sterring colum is not in a bind all so see if you have a switch release on the side of the sterring colum and depress and turn the switch to off position make sure the switch has a release lever on the side of the sterring colum if so depress it and turn off the switch
The signal flasher is located right under the sterring wheel next to the window washers

if it's on the sterring column you have to remove the steering wheel with a puller. Remove the turn signal plate and there is a pin or bolt holding the lock cyl that has to be pushed or removed. There is another tool required to compress the spring when reinstalling the sterring wheel. most auto parts have the cylinders and tools.

theres a micro switch like hinge in the sterring colum that make it do that. replace and move on
