No. It never came with this option although some people have put a rack and pinion sterring system on their cars
The GTP does not have one it has Magnasteer which is all integrated in the steering rack & pinion which is controlled by the EBCM.
To the best of my knowledge all the 87s had rack and pinion Dont get your hopes up on an after market kit your talking about a different sterring system all together not to mention powering the pump would be a work of great engineuity Good luck
