Sounds like you have a intermittent with the Idle Air Control valve. Wires that go to the valve may be loose at the connector or intermittently shorting out to one another or ground. valve may be sticking, opening and closing from carbon build up. these valves can be taken off and manually cleaned.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND IT STARTED TODAY I NOTICED IN MINE THERE IS NO FIRE IN MY #2 AND #3 PLUGS DID YOU GET THAT ANSWERED IF SO PLEASE HELP ME I CAN NOT START MINE ANYMORE AND I GET TOLD IT IS 1 OUT OF A MILLION THINGS
check fuel pump fuel pump
no engine code begins with E check again maybe B ? b IS 1600CC SINGLEPORT
Anywhere buddy
If it starts again after awhile only to do the same thing, the fuel filter is probably clogged.
One common problems is a plugged catalytic converter, if the engine starts fine and then starts to stall or feel like it does not have any power after running for a while it could be the catalytic converter.. the engine starts loosing power because the exhaust has nowhere to go (the catalytic converter is partially or totally plugged) Compression starts to go down causing the engine to stall or die. If you leave the car alone for a while the pressure in the engine goes out slowly thru the catalytic converter leaving the car ready to start again for a few minutes but it will shut down again.
Time when trying to start the car engine trns butwill not start turn key off then onagain it starts right up
what is the problem if a Chevy diesil engine start and run 30 minuits died and start right up again
To use a line graph to make predictions, you have to look at the slope of the line. If there is any sort of pattern to the line, you can make an accurate prediction. For example, if the line steadily dropped, then suddenly spiked down, then started steadily dropping again, you could predict from the pattern that it will suddenly spike downward again.
Yes, but it will not start again without electricity. alternators only provide electricity when the car is running, they're of no help when the engine needs to be started.
Ignition Control Module are common to cause this. Loss of spark with heat from the engine, when it cools off, starts up.
If you are saying the engine starts and runs for 15 seconds and dies and then starts again for another 15 seconds and dies . . . the distributor seems to be doing its job. You might want to check if there is a fuel restriction somewhere (filter or pump).
