Well, you can't know for sure where everything happens -if the item is made of cotton, then you can assumes that that was grown and processed into thread in India or china, as that is where most of this happens, although you cannot be sure.
Most factories making the cloth into clothes are based in China, and it says in the product where this happened -as i said, probably china anyway. however, you can't be sure of anything
