Mods made in Unreal Editor can be "cooked" for the PS3, 3DS Max can be used to make static and skeletal meshes that can be imported and saved into packages to be used within Unreal Editor.

Did you try the settings? Go on the internet with your ps3 and type in www.ps3regionrestriction.com.... it will let you format your ps3 so you can play any game from any country... by the way you can only go to that site on a ps3 <<READ THE LAST BIT If you do not have a PS3 with 4 USB ports the reason it will not play your games is not related to region restriction and is one of Backward Compatibility. It is up to the game whether or not if offers English subtiltes, very few (if any) imported games have the option of selecting the voice language. Many games release earlier in Japan than in America, or don't release at all in America and vice/versa. Importing is a great way to play a game early, however if you do not understand Japanese then you will miss out on a lot of the story.
