All users should be able to see the list of questions flagged for inflammatory language and gibberish. If you experience this problem and it does not go away, post in the Community forum under Malfunction Discussion. If you are a Supervisor with this issue, post in Bug Reports in the Supervisors' Forum.

It is not the fault of the site, but a small group of users. Some engage in trolling behavior and ask things that are offensive, patently obvious, inflammatory, impossible, or unanswerable. The supervisors edit or remove such questions when they are found, and many contributors fix or report such questions.

Catch-All questions are an effective way to dump unneeded questions. They prevent such questions from getting asked again and again.
