Where are all the Pokemon in Pokemon Platinum?

well first of all every Pokemon cannot be seen in Pokemon platinum unless you have an Action Replay or you have a book on the whole game which is what i have to get the book go to Walmart and back by the games [I'm talking about the one in New Philadelphia in Ohio] and i got one for twenty bucks i know it is much but it is a big book it tells you where to get every Pokemon by link trading by getting the national pokedex in the trophy garden by putting a game pak in the ds to get them at the pal park and every Pokemon but Arceus because he is new remember to save your game after a few catches good luck and thank you
